T3 subforum

I feel that since the TL is the person responsible for resourcing the curriculum with what is available to them in the library then they definately should be involved in curriculum development. At my school the TL isn't and this means that resources often aren't utilised as classroom teachers aren't aware of there availability. If the TL was actively involved in this development then there would be better utilisation of resources. The principal should ensure that resources purchased are being utilised in the best way and this would be through the collaborative planning of units by the TL and classroom Teacher.
